People Focused

The New Orleans Emergency Medical Services Foundation will spotlight the talented men and women of the City of New Orleans who work together to foster safe and health neighborhoods. Our organizational efforts will target recruitment and retention initiatives as well as quality of life and safety measures, important to these professionals.

Agency Support 

We strive to support New Orleans Emergency Medical Services in being a model of prehospital emergency medical care.  We will work to support them with educational programs and leadership activities that fall outside of the City of New Orleans' scope and operating budget and we aim to facilitate the donation of private funds towards these efforts.


Organizationally Stable

Our ability to support New Orleans Emergency Medical Services requires efforts and investment to assure our own financial and operational viability for years to come.  We will prioritize activities that support these aims to include modernization of our fundraising efforts, continuously working to improve our governance, and succession planning.
